Anthony works with Neurodivergent Individuals who are experiencing challenges at school, work, interpersonally or in their relationships. Anthony utilizes a strength based approach to target some of the barriers that folx on the spectrum or who have ADHD may face, such as executive functioning, organization, time management, memory concerns, chronic procrastination, stress management, self-confidence and overwhelm. He shapes the sessions in a client centred way to ensure goals are being met. He’s very personable, and provides a safe container to work together in using an equitable, anti-oppressive lens. He assists with specific academic or professional tasks, which vary from supporting students with their academic goals, helping them post graduation in finding their dream career, fine tuning aspirations, challenging limiting beliefs that can keep them stuck, encouraging them to take calculated risks.
Do you feel stuck in a situation that no longer serves you? Are you living below your full potential? Perhaps sometimes feelings creep up that you’re incapable, or unworthy of success? I welcome you on your journey, wherever you are starting from and whatever you may be carrying.
I completed my Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Regina, my Master’s degree in Social Work at Wilfrid Laurier University, and my Addictions Counselling diploma through the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies (SIIT). I am a Registered Social Worker in Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Ontario, and I have spent almost 15 years supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health and addiction-related experiences. Over time, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how these experiences can overlap, as well as how to support each on their own.
My approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are. I believe in meeting you gently and without judgment, taking the time to truly understand what life feels like for you. The space we build together is meant to feel safe, steady, and supportive.
I’m here to walk alongside you as you move through your healing, challenges, and growth. Whether you’re facing something new or tending to something long-standing, I will support you in a way that feels grounding, collaborative, and deeply human. You don’t have to do this alone, and I’m honoured to be someone you can turn to.
I welcome you on your journey, wherever you are starting from and whatever you may be carrying.
